At OKSE Aesthetics, we are committed to providing a safe, comfortable, and professional environment. We respect the dignity and privacy of all our patients and follow best-practice guidelines regarding clinical examinations and treatments.

1. Your Right to a Chaperone

All patients are entitled to have a chaperone present for any consultation, examination, or treatment if they feel one is required.

2. Informal Chaperones (Friends & Family)

As OKSE Aesthetics is a boutique clinic led by a sole practitioner, we do not have additional staff on-site to act as formal chaperones. We encourage any patient who feels they would like a chaperone to:

• Bring a trusted friend or family member to their appointment.

• Notify us in advance so we can ensure the treatment room is prepared to accommodate an additional person comfortably.

 

3. Our Procedure

• Offering: We may proactively offer you the opportunity to have a companion present for certain procedures.

• Documentation: If a chaperone is present, or if one is offered and declined, this will be noted in your clinical records for mutual protection.

• Privacy: Regardless of whether a chaperone is present, we will always ensure your privacy and dignity are maintained (e.g., providing towels or gowns where appropriate).

4. Practitioner Rights

In rare cases, if the practitioner (Oksana Lipkina) feels a chaperone is necessary for the safety of both parties but one is not available, she reserves the right to postpone the treatment until a suitable companion can attend.
