Terms and Conditions

By booking an appointment or using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Appointments & Consultations

  • Medical Suitability: All treatments are subject to a prior consultation. We reserve the right to decline or postpone treatment if it is deemed medically unsafe or unsuitable.

  • Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years old to receive any treatment at OKSE Aesthetics.

  • Medical Disclosure: You must provide an accurate and up-to-date medical history. OKSE Aesthetics is not liable for complications arising from undisclosed health conditions or medications.

 

2. Deposits & Payments

  • Booking Deposit: A deposit of £75 is required to secure all appointments.

  • Redemption: This deposit will be deducted from the final cost of your treatment on the day of your visit.

  • Settlement: The remaining balance must be paid in full immediately following your treatment via an approved payment method.

  • Courses: All treatment courses must be paid in full before the first session and are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.

 

3. Cancellation & Lateness Policy

  • 48-Hour Notice: We require at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

  • Forfeiture: If you cancel or reschedule with less than 48 hours’ notice, your £75 deposit will be forfeited to cover the loss of clinic time.

  • Lateness: If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may be unable to see you to avoid disrupting other patients. In this case, the appointment will be treated as a late cancellation and the deposit forfeited.

  • No-Shows: Failure to attend a scheduled appointment without any prior notice will result in the immediate loss of your deposit.

 

4. Refunds & Results

  • No-Refund Policy: We do not offer refunds on treatments or products once they have been provided.

  • Results: Aesthetic outcomes vary between individuals and no specific result can be guaranteed.

  • Complaints: Any concerns regarding your treatment must be raised within 14 days of the procedure to allow for a clinical review.

 

5. Liability & Conduct

  • Aftercare: You agree to follow all post-treatment instructions provided by your practitioner. We are not liable for adverse effects caused by failure to follow aftercare.

  • Clinic Environment: We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for abusive or aggressive behavior. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone violating this policy.
