A specialised reset designed to neutralize the effects of city living. This ritual utilizes high-precision German vacuum technology to flush environmental toxins and lymphatic waste, followed by a clinical deep cleanse to restore breathability to the pores. Finished with a detoxifying mask and LED therapy, it recharges the skin’s cellular defense and leaves the complexion clear, calm and resilient. SPM Vacuum Lymphatic Drainage: Unlike a standard facial, this uses mechanical vacuum therapy to physically move toxins out of the facial tissue through the lymphatic system. It is the ultimate "internal cleanse" for skin suffocated by urban pollutants. Clinical Deep Cleanse: A multi-step purification process to remove deep-seated debris, micro-particles, and excess sebum, preparing the dermal canvas for the infusion of detoxifying antioxidants. Detoxifying Mask & LED Photo-Recharge: A potent mask designed to bind to heavy metals and pollutants, paired with Blue or Green LED light to reduce inflammation and stabilize the skin's barrier against future environmental stress.
Cancellation Policy
1. Booking & Deposit Policy Securing Your Appointment: To confirm your booking, a non-refundable deposit of £75 is required. This deposit will be credited toward the total cost of your treatment on the day. Consultation Fee: For stand-alone consultations, the £75 fee is redeemable against any treatment booked within 30 days but remains non-refundable if no treatment is sought. Payment: We accept all major credit/debit cards. Your booking is not "confirmed" until the deposit transaction is complete. 2. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy Notice Period: We require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Late Cancellations: If you cancel or reschedule within 48 hours of your appointment time, your £75 deposit will be forfeited to cover the clinician's time and room costs. No-Show Policy: If you fail to attend your appointment without any prior notice, we reserve the right to charge 50% of the total treatment cost (or forfeit the full deposit for smaller treatments). Treatment Courses: For clients on a pre-paid course (e.g., 3 sessions of Gouri), a late cancellation will result in one session being deducted from your remaining balance. 3. Lateness Policy Grace Period: We offer a 10-minute grace period. Significant Lateness: If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your practitioner may no longer be able to perform the full treatment. In this case, your appointment may be treated as a "Late Cancellation," and your deposit will be forfeited. 4. Waitlist Policy (The "Priority Access") Priority Notification: If your desired time slot is unavailable, you may join our Priority Waitlist. How it Works: When a cancellation occurs, an automated alert is sent via SMS/Email to waitlist members. Slots are filled on a first-come, first-served basis. Last-Minute Openings: Occasionally, we offer "Priority Spots" to our waitlist at short notice. If you accept a slot within 24 hours of the start time, the standard 48-hour cancellation rule applies from the moment you confirm.
